We noticed that wedding planning is an overwhelming and stressful experience.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
- Solution

The Process.
So how did I get there?
- Marketing Research
“The average cost of a typical American wedding quadrupled in the past 5 years.”
We decided to enter the wedding market because it grows exponentially, is culturally widespread across the world and very profitable. Today, “the average cost of a typical American wedding quadrupled” and that is due to the large number of weddings coordinated.
Italy- where weddings are the single most important cultural element.
Even if the results are promising here in America, there is a country where the results are even more promising: Italy. It is pretty known in Italy that “wedding planning involves months of information”, so our purpose is to help couples in organizing their wedding as swiftly as possible. We would like to focus our attention on Cosenza, which is the northernmost province in Calabria, Italy by which weddings are the single most important cultural element.
In recent years, couples “are more apt to share a greater load of the expense for their own nuptials” to achieve independence from their families, however this independence has proven to be a difficult task. We want to provide an alternative solution and give them the chance to build their dream wedding, by finding the most suitable options in the cheapest and fastest way possible.
- Customer Discovery
Next, we performed a series of behavioral and customer discovery interviews.
I wanted to understand how

- Customer Journey & Emotional Landscape
In order for a bride-to-be to use an online wedding planner solution, they must embark on the following path:
- Ideation
I
We knew our solution needed to answer these 3 key questions:
Is there an easier way to find the perfect venue or photographer that does not require never-ending browsing on the internet?
Is there a cheaper alternative to a wedding planner that can help me organize my day without breaking the bank?
How do I stay on budget and don’t go crazy from the overwhelming amount of quotes I requested?
